Seven connected videos on Answering the Problem of Evil; behind them lies a short book: "Does God Need Glasses?".
Song renderings from Norwegian, Croatian, Serbian, Gælic, Latin, (mainly into English, though one or two are to Norwegian). Hopefully they may prove useful for others wanting to sing them. Hopefully, also the translations are not merely a conglomeration of clichés, as sometimes happens with song-lyrics, but function as lyric poetry in their own right.
Finally: the translation of a whole musical: the Ballad of the Via Dolorosa. Put together the various texts function like an epic poem.

Are there words?
I have only added the Norwegian to the notes as the whole thing would have too many lines. The Serbian words are the upper line and the Norwegian the lower. My English translation is: Christ embodied here; come, receive. Drink the everlasting flow; taste and see. Taste and see how truly good, truly good is the Lord. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah.

I doubt it very much. As I am a singer, but not a musician I can't do it myself, so someone else who can play music and is interested needs to try. You, maybe? :-)

If you want, you can contact me, and I will send you the original Norwegian text + a literal translation to help you. Then you will have to try listening to it often enough for French phrases to begin to come to mind. Once that starts happening, then you can start building a French version from it. Bon chance!
Nice. My ancestors turned out to be about 50% Scots and 50% Irish; they lived on both shores of the Irish Sea, and when lads were ready to settle down they would often sail to the other side to find lassies. I've stood on both shores, and it's beautiful. No wonder I always had wanderlust!

even more when you realise I don't speak or understand Irish Gælic, I had to use a combination of online translations of St Patrick's prayer plus a little google translate. But I think it' fairly accurate. So glad you liked it! :-D

This was awesome to hear again! I did take part in putting this musical up through the choir Joy Sing at Sandane, Norway back in 1981-82. 4 of us from Joy Sing went to Bergen and saw Sanctus' own production in Grieghallen, Bergen's big concert hall. This was powerful material to work on, it impacted all of us deeply. And credit is due to Steffenson for being true to the biblical account of the story of Jesus. The musical ends in glorious celebration. He has risen..." I still believe it's true!
